a. Approve Minutes for April 8, 2015

4. Regular Agenda - The Council may take action on the following items:
a. (7:15) Design Alternatives for Midcoast At-Grade Crossings, Raised Medians and Left Turns - (Lisa Ketcham).

Desired outcome: Approve comments on the February 23, 2015, draft Preliminary Planning Study for the Highway 1 Congestion & Safety Improvement Project.

b. (8:00) Connect the Coastside project to develop a Comprehensive Transportation Management Plan - (Lisa Ketcham).

Desired outcome: Approve comments on the April 9, 2015, Evaluation of Transportation Alternatives draft report and the planning process to date.

5. Council Activity - Correspondence received & meetings attended.
