1 Seriously Injured In 3-Vehicle Crash On Hwy 101

A Geyserville man, 26, was found lying on the roadway after the accident, CHP said.

SONOMA COUNTY, CA – A Geyserville man suffered life-threatening injuries when three vehicles collided this morning on northbound U.S. Highway 101 on the Healdsburg border, California Highway Patrol officials said.

At about 6:05 a.m. Victor Barajas, 26, was driving a Kia Sportage on Highway 101 north of Dry Creek Road when he allowed the Kia to run off the road where it struck a tree.

CHP officials said the impact threw the Kia back onto the highway where a Toyota Corolla hit it because it was dark and foggy. The impact threw the Toyota into the far left lane where it hit a Subaru Forrester. The Toyota and Subaru came to rest in the center divider.
