SONOMA COUNTY, CA — A Windsor man was arrested Monday on suspicion of breaking into a Santa Rosa hair salon after members of the public helped positively identify him, police said. In the burglary reported July 17 at Flaunt Hair Salon, 1626 Fourth St., in Santa Rosa, the suspect pried open a door to the business and made off with $160 cash, according to police.
