• Seghesio: Bigger Events, (Not Too) Louder Music (patch.com) — Neighbors near Seghesio Winery in Healdsburg will see tighter controls on outdoor events after city commissioners approved a permit allowing more gatherings but only with "lightly amplified" music. The winery can now host up to 32 annual events, including four larger weekend gatherings, but must add sound barriers, monitor decibel levels, and orient speakers away from nearby homes to limit noise impacts.
• Premium Healdsburg Industrial Rent Commanded For 'The Point' Property (patch.com) — A new 15,000-square-foot industrial building called The Point has hit the Healdsburg market at $22,500 a month, putting it near the top of local industrial rents.
