The stolen jewelry has not been recovered, and the man remains jailed without bail, while Healdsburg police continue working with Citrus Heights authorities on the case.
3. Project Zin Raises over $400,000 for Down Syndrome Connection of the Bay Area (hautelivingsf.com) — A major wine and food fundraiser at Appellation Healdsburg just raised $400,000 for the Down Syndrome Connection of the Bay Area, pushing Project Zin's lifetime total past $4 million. The event also launched a new college scholarship and featured an auction that will help fund the planned Magical Bridge Playground at Healdsburg's Badger Park, tying global advocacy to a very local benefit.
