Blind Wine Tasting with Ehren Jordan

Northern California Restaurant and Wine Industry Professionals are invited to join the Napa Valley Wine Academy with Ehren Jordan (Failla) and Christopher Sawyer for a Single Varietal Blind Tasting of Syrah / Shiraz.

Learn more about this varietal and the difference between how it is expressed as a cold-climate versus warm-climate wine.

You will learn the characteristics of the wine varietal, their terroir, and the winemaking styles used to produce these wines as you taste through 30 premium local wines. Following the tasting, a social session will follow with light food pairings and the opportunity to re-visit wines.
