Not Your Usual Purse Party

The invitation read, “I am cleaning out my 'Purse" closet and want to share them with my friends. Come and take a purse, share a glass of wine, and of course some nibbles.

If you have a purse, wine or nibble you want to share - bring it, but NOT necessary!”

Okay, so that sounded different and fun. And, fun it was.

With probably 20 people (a couple of supporting men included) we ate fabulous hors d’ouvres, salad, and drank great wines from our host’s cellar -- plus several from the ones the guests brought.

Deborah Mitchel Serval was the hostess with the mostess, stirring it up in Geyserville. Next up? A jewelry party? Bring your unused jewelry and take something home you love.
