Sketching on the Trail

Sharpen your observational skills while connecting more deeply with the natural world. Explore Pepperwood's grasslands and oak woodlands with popular Sonoma County artist Marsha Connell while enjoying an introduction to basic drawing skills. Marsha will teach gesture and contour, shading and texture, as well as varieties of expressive and dynamic mark making. Hikers, scientists, beginning or experienced artists and students are all welcome. Ages 14 and up welcome.
