Vegetation Fire On Redwood Hill Road Burns North Of Santa Rosa
Multiple agencies responded to a vegetation fire north of the city of Santa Rosa.
SONOMA COUNTY, CA — Crews with multiple agencies responded to a vegetation fire that broke out at about 4 p.m. Saturday north of the city of Santa Rosa. The fire was burning northeast of Fountaingrove on Redwood Hill Road, according to Santa Rosa city firefighters, who were among the agencies who responded to assist the Sonoma County Fire District.
The fire at 1920 Redwood Hill Road was 5 acres in size and as of 4:53 p.m., it was contained, according to the Sonoma County Fire District.
No evacuations were ordered for the Saturday-afternoon blaze off Mark West Springs Road, officials with the fire district said.

Firefighting resources were expected to remain at the scene for several hours.
