Former Boys & Girls Club Athletic Director Pleads Not Guilty To Lewd Acts With Minors

SONOMA COUNTY, CA – The former athletic director of the Sonoma Valley Boys and Girls Club pleaded not guilty Monday to committing lewd acts with minors.
Paul Dwayne Kilgore, 68, of Sonoma, allegedly committed the acts with three minors between 2010 and this year, according to Deputy District Attorney Javier Vaca.
The felony complaint includes two counts of continuous sexual abuse of a child and five counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14, one of them with force.

Healdsburg police arrested Kilgore on Sept. 18 on suspicion of committing lewd acts and continuous sexual abuse of two boys ages 11 and 12 in the hot tub and shower area of the Parkpoint Health Club in Healdsburg
Aug. 27.
A witness heard inappropriate language and saw the male touching the boys in the locker room of the club at 195 Foss Creek Circle in Healdsburg, police said.

Kilgore initially was charged in September with two counts of continuous abuse of the two boys. A third count in that alleged incident was added, and three more counts involving a third underage victim were also added to the complaint Oct. 27, Vaca said.
Police said Kilgore took pre-teens and teenage boys to outings at recreation areas in the area and some of the alleged offenses happened on overnight trips where Kilgore served as a mentor.
Kilgore resigned three years ago from the Sonoma Valley Boys and Girls Club, president Robert Hughes said.
Kilgore's preliminary hearing in Sonoma County Superior Court is scheduled for Dec. 22. He is being held in Sonoma County Jail under $1 million bail.
