The Healdsburg Tourism Improvement District gives priority to events or projects that encourage visits during the slow season or mid-week.
HEALDSBURG, CA — The Healdsburg Tourism Improvement District (HTID) has opened applications for the next funding cycle, which includes projects taking place between November 2022 and April 2023.
The semi-annual grant program is derived from the local hospitality industry’s annual bed tax receipts. The contributions aim to fund arts, cultural and educational activities and subsequently promote room stays among the 31-member lodging properties within the city limits.
This upcoming funding cycle is budgeting roughly $200,000 in grants. The deadline to apply is Friday, Sept. 30. Priority is given to events or projects that encourage visits during the typically slow season (November – March) and mid-week.
