Healdsburg Announces Fourth Of July Road Closures

HEALDSBURG, CA — The city of Healdsburg advised that the following road closures will be in place from 8 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Monday, July 4, for the annual Fourth of July Community Celebration:

• Plaza Street, between Healdsburg Avenue and East Street
• Center Street, between North Street and Matheson Street

The road closures are to safely accommodate the numerous event elements —bicycle parade, displays, food booths, duck dash, and children’s activities — and to create defined areas for set-up, activities, and pedestrian flow, city officials said.

"The closures will provide a safe environment for event attendees and minimize vehicular and pedestrian interface in the areas immediately adjacent to the Plaza."
