Healdsburg's Cyrus Restaurant Files Suit Against Its Landlords
Lawsuit said to stem from an eviction incident nine months ago that was later described as a misunderstanding.
Principals of four-star Healdsburg restaurant have filed a lawsuit against their landlords, according to the blog Inside Scoop SF.
According to the blog post, the Cyrus partnership team of Douglas Keane and Nick Peyton have filed a lawsuit against Hotel Les Mars, David Fink and Mirabel.
The suit apparently stems from an eviction incident nine months ago that was later said to be a misunderstanding.
