Hwy 101 Reopens After Flooding
The northbound lanes were closed this morning around 6 a.m. near Windsor.

Northbound U.S. Highway 101 has reopened in Windsor this morning after all lanes were briefly blocked because of flooding, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The flooding was reported just before 6 a.m., shutting down all lanes near the Arata Lane off-ramp, CHP officials said.
The lanes reopened as of shortly before 7:30 a.m., but CHP officials said drivers should expect a lot of standing water in the area.
