It's 'Japan Month' At SHED In Healdsburg
Two classes coming up on fermented foods and making homemade ramen.

HEALDSBURG, CA – The SHED in Healdsburg is celebrating Japanese culture this month with classes, and new Japanese products in the Pantry and Housewares departments.
On Sunday, Oct. 16, Mariko Grady of Aedan Fermented Foods will come teach a workshop on Japanese fermented foods. Tickets: http://healdsburgshed.com/events/koji/
On Sunday, Oct 29, Sonoko Sakai will be teaching us how to make homemade ramen. YES! It's true, you can learn the skills to make a slurp-able bowl of hot ramen in your own home.
