This is a great tea to keep you cool and balanced through the hot summer months. Remember, herbs have medicinal properties, so please use them as prescribed.
A handful of quality dry chrysanthemum blossoms
A handful of quality dry honeysuckle blossoms
Jasmine pearl tea (12 pearls)
32 ounces purified or filtered water (not distilled)
Teapot or steeping pot
Brew Tea:
When water boils, remove from heat. Place chrysanthemum and honeysuckle blossoms into a teapot, add water and steep for 3-6 minutes. When you can comfortably place a finger into the water without quickly withdrawing, the water is cool enough to add the jasmine pearls.
Drink and enjoy!
