Mountain Fire Contained Near Geyserville
The vegetation fire broke out late Sunday near Mountain View Ranch Road.
SONOMA COUNTY, CA — A brush fire Sunday night near Geyserville was held to under an acre, according to Cal Fire.
The Mountain Fire was reported around 10:15 p.m. Sunday south of Cozzens Corner at 7455 West Dry Creek Road, near Mountain View Ranch Road.
The 0.7-acre blaze south of Cozzens Corner was 100 percent contained by 12:15 a.m. Monday, according to a tweet from Cal Fire's Sonoma-Lake-Napa Unit.

No evacuations were issued.
Firefighters remained at the scene to ensure all hot spots were out.
