Police Fear There Are More Victims Of Santa Rosa Sex Assault Suspect
Investigators said they have already identified additional victims who had not previously reported their experiences to law enforcement.
SANTA ROSA, CA — Police are searching for additional possible victims of a Santa Rosa man accused of multiple violent sex crimes after investigators uncovered other victims who had not previously come forward, authorities said.
Koa Brooks, 28, of Santa Rosa, was arrested July 29 on suspicion of offenses including forcible rape, rape of an intoxicated person and felony assault likely to cause great bodily injury or death, according to the Santa Rosa Police Department.
The investigation continued after Brooks' arrest, and detectives subsequently identified additional victims who had not reported their experiences to law enforcement, police said.

Investigators believed there could still be more victims or witnesses who had not contacted authorities.
Police said Brooks contacted women through social media and may have used the alias “Ty” or a similar name.
