Sonoma County Hotels Capture 5 Condé Nast Honors

SONOMA COUNTY, CA — Four Sonoma County hotels claimed top-10 positions in Condé Nast Traveler’s 2026 Readers’ Choice Awards for Northern California hotels, and a fifth finished eleventh.

The county’s winners were:

• No. 3: The Lodge at Bodega Bay — 98.65.
• No. 5: The Farmhouse Inn, Forestville — 98.50.
• No. 7: The Madrona, Healdsburg — 98.07.
• No. 9: The Sea Ranch Lodge, The Sea Ranch — 98.02.
• No. 11: The Lodge at Sonoma Resort, Autograph Collection, Sonoma — 97.92.

The awards rank hotels through the publication’s annual reader survey. Participants rate rooms, location, service, food, activities, facilities, design, concierge services, community investment, and spa and wellness offerings.

Condé Nast Traveler averages those ratings to calculate each property’s score. Hotels must receive a minimum number of responses and meet a minimum overall rating to qualify.
