Storm Tips and Where To Get Sandbags in Healdsburg
They are available for pickup now. Be prepared.

From the City of Healdsburg:
Over the next few days the City is expected to be hit with heavy rain and high winds. This may cause localized flooding and downed trees.

Sand bags will be available for pick up by Healdsburg city residents at 3 North Street (Cerri Building). In a severe storm emergency sand bag distribution will be staged at additional locations within the Healdsburg City Limits.
Once the storm event has passed there will be an area at 3 North Street designated for drop off of no longer needed sandbags. Please have a plan in place for removal of sandbags once the storm event has passed.
Residents are cautioned not to remove inlet grates and manhole lids. This poses a critical safety hazard and does not solve drainage issues.
