Upcoming In Healdsburg: Taste of Town Event and Auction

The Parent Teacher Organization of Healdsburg Elementary School, Fitch Mountain Campus and Healdsburg Charter School will host their annual “Taste of the Town” evening and silent auction fundraiser on March 13, 2015 from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m at Ramey Winery in Healdsburg.

An online auction will accompany the event; giving friends and families outside of Healdsburg an opportunity to support our public schools.

The evening will showcase signature dishes from Healdsburg’s favorite restaurants, wineries, and breweries. Healdsburg’s home-grown band “Boomerang,” led by two Healdsburg High School students, is back by popular demand to play their upbeat mix of original music as well as some favorite covers. During the evening’s silent auction, guests may bid on wonderful dining, spa, travel experiences, wine, art, and many more services from local businesses.

“We invite our local community to attend this lively evening,” said Heather Wilson, PTO President. “Thanks to generous donations of Healdsburg’s business community, guests may sample the best of our local restaurants, wineries, and breweries, while supporting Healdsburg’s public schools.”

Ticket Information

Purchase tickets in advance for $30 at www.tinyurl.com/tasteofthetowntix or the main office at Healdsburg Elementary School, Healdsburg Charter School and Fitch Mountain Campus. Tickets will be available at the door for $35. Each ticket includes delicious hors d’oeuvres and one drink ticket. Ramey Winery is located at 25 Healdsburg Avenue, Healdsburg, CA.

Online Auction Information

The online auction features a remarkable selection of wines from Sonoma County’s best wineries, gift certificates for local restaurants, and unique travel experiences. Each Healdsburg elementary school student created a piece of original artwork that has been compiled into a stunning class poster that is available to order online.
