Bettolino Kitchen opens its doors on Wednesday!
From the family owned restaurant Gaetano's they bring you Bettolino Kitchen

Bettolino Kitchen, a family-owned modern Italian restaurant nestled just a few steps from Riviera Village in Redondo Beach, officially opens its doors on Wednesday, March 25.
The vision of brother-sister duo Vince Giuliano and Andreanna Giuliano Liguore and her husband Sean Liguore, Bettolino invites South Bay patrons and Angelenos alike to experience a quintessential Italian meal. With the mantra “We don’t come to the table to eat, we come to eat together,” Bettolino brings family values and authentic Italian food to the South Bay, courtesy of Executive Chef Fabio Ugoletti. A recent transplant from Florence, Italy, Fabio is a Michelin Star winner who moved to Los Angeles to open Bettolino, bringing his award-winning techniques and Italian accent to the menu.
“My parents opened Gaetano’s when I was 8 years old and I spent more time there than at home,” Says Andreanna Giuliano Liguore. “Bettolino is a place that we hope our late father would be proud of. It offers everything he stood for – great food, comfortable ambiance and family.”

Growing up in a South Bay food family, Vince and Andreanna spent their childhood at their parent’s restaurant, Gaetano’s, working alongside them in the kitchen and front of house. Vince and Andreanna come from a long list of restauranteurs, their grandparents started the deli Giuliano’s in Gardena, CA, inspiring Vince and Andreanna’s parents, Steve and Dori, to open Gaetano’s Deli in 1993, which eventually transformed into Gaetano’s Restaurant. After their father passed away, they helped their mother to successfully run the restaurant and keep their dad’s philosophy of hard work, quality food and service alive. In 2010, Vince moved to Italy to attend Apicius Culinary Institute in Florence. While there, Vince became close friends with his teacher Chef Fabio Ugoletti, a culinary icon with more than 25 years in the food industry. After Vince met Fabio in class, he persuaded Fabio to visit California and consult for Gaetano’s, before ultimately deciding to move his family from Italy to America to open Bettolino alongside Vince, Andreanna and Sean.
Bettolino will offer lunch and dinner service. There is seating for 65 at tables, booths and communal seating. With hues of dark blue and wood accents, the restaurant allows guests to get a peek of their food being made with large glass windows enclosing the kitchen. Light sconces with Edison bulbs are hung along the walls, while natural light comes in from the row of windows overlooking Palos Verdes Blvd.
