Cherry Blossom Cultural Festival: March 15, 2015

The City of Torrance will host the annual Cherry Blossom Cultural Festival on Sunday, March 15 at Columbia Park.

The Cherry Blossom Festival is a FREE cultural event where the public is invited to bring a blanket and sit among the blossoming cherry trees. This year, there will be food and crafts available for purchase in addition to performances and workshops, a children’s art zone and food trucks

The schedule is as follows:

01:00 Wahine Illea Dancers – Polynesian Dance
01:30pm Diamond Chorus
01:50 Mai No Kai, Traditional Japanese Dance
02:10 Bunkai-Kai Traditional Japanese Dance
02:20 Wahahisa-Kai, Traditional Japanese Dance
02:45 Torrance Naginata Dojo demonstration
03:15 Wushu Shaolin Martial Arts
