
Join the Hermosa Beach CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) and Neighborhood Watch at the Hermosa Pier on Saturday, March 28 at 10 a.m. to participate in a Tsunami Walk.
National Tsunami Preparedness Week is March 23 through March 27 and anyone who lives in the inundation zone should take advantage of this FREE event.
Attendees will meet at the base of the pier and walk from the inundation zone to a safe location. Tsunami maps and other disaster preparedness information will be provided.
There is no need to sign up, just show up and look for people in green vests!
