High Surf Barrels into Hermosa Beach
The weather service has issued a high surf and rip current warning for the local coast.
The two weather systems -- including the second storm, which is expected to produce later today heavier rain then this morning -- will cause high surf and strong rip currents in Hermosa Beach, according to National Weather Service forecasters.
A high surf advisory will be in effect along the Los Angeles County Coast until 7 Wednesday night and noon Wednesday in Orange County.
