Man in Hermosa Beach Murder-Suicide ID'd
The man was identified as Los Angeles resident Angel Marquez, according to the coroner's office.
HERMOSA BEACH, CA — The coroner's office on Saturday identified a 32-year- old man killed in an apparent murder-suicide at a home in Hermosa Beach.
The man was identified as Los Angeles resident Angel Marquez, said Lt. Dave Smith of the coroner's office.
NBC4 identified the woman as 35-year-old Vantha Tho, a hairstylist at a nearby salon.

The two were found dead at about 6:30 a.m. Thursday in the 100 block of Herondo Street.
Authorities said Marquez shot Tho, then turned the gun on himself.

"We understand that there was a dating relationship at some point ..." sheriff's Lt. Mike Rosson told NBC4. "We don't know exactly how long ago the relationship broke off."
Neighbors told NBC4 that Marquez had been harassing Tho and breaking into her home.
A firearm was recovered at the scene, according to police.
