Paciugo's Secret Behind Signature Flavor

Hermosa Beach Patch is profiling a series of local chefs and cafe-owners who have agreed to share their favorite summer recipes:

While Baskin-Robbins boasts 31 flavors, Paciugo Gelato on Hermosa Avenue churns out more than 300 flavors of gelato, otherwise known as Italian ice cream. This local cafe offers affogato, or coffee-based beverages and desserts,  as well as the local crowd-pleaser, Amarena Black Cherry Swirl gelato, said Brittny Tacker, manager of Paciugo.
