Skinny Minny's to Give Ounces for Pints
The frozen yogurt shop known for its generous sampling policy will treat blood donors to a free serving.

This Sunday the shop will be offering even more freebies than usual. Skinny Minny's will be handing out free 5-ounce cups of frozen yogurt to people who donate blood that day at the Hermosa Beach Blood Drive, said Robert Soto, Skinny Minny's director of operations.
Being involved in the blood drive and other community events is one way Skinny Minny's distinguishes itself from the well-established competition in town, such as Pinkberry and Lotus, said store manager Jhennifer de Leon. Judging by the usual crowds at Skinny Minny's, the free samples help draw customers too.
