Bolour Associates, a leading developer of innovative, high profile real estate properties throughout Southern California, has selected Redondo Beach-based firm Nelson & Gilmore to manage branding and marketing efforts for Strand & Pier, the company’s new oceanfront boutique hotel on The Strand in Hermosa Beach.

Showcasing 180-degree panoramic ocean views, the unique property will have 111-rooms, up to four restaurants, pool, public rooftop terrace, bike valet and a state-of-the-art spa and fitness center. Construction will incorporate cutting edge sustainable and green building techniques.
