As the sun blazed over the beach, families and tourists enjoyed acoustic rock tunes with reggae undertones at the kickoff concert for this year's summer sunset concert series. Jeremy Buck & the Bang opened the series Sunday night before Trevor Hall took the stage. Music will continue to the fill the pier on Sunday nights — Aug. 29, Sept. 12, and Sept. 26.
