Vermin Close 5 Hermosa Beach Restaurants
Each of the five eateries re-opened within a day or two of being closed by the L.A. County Public Health department.
Vermin Infestation and vermin harborage were the reasons listed by the County of Los Angeles Public Health department for 5 Hermosa Beach eateries being temporarily closed by the department.
Creme De La Crepe, Good Stuff on the Strand, Scotty's on the Strand, Silvio's Brazilian BBQ and Thai Top Restaurant were all cited by the health department for the violations.
Good Stuff and Silvio's were both closed Jan. 31 and re-opened Feb. 2; Scotty's closed Feb. 4 and re-opened Feb. 6; Creme closed on Feb. 8 and re-opened Feb. 11, and Thai Top closed on Feb. 19 and re-opened Feb. 21, according to the department website.
