Franklin High School will host the 3rd Annual Community Festival. The past two festivals have successfully brought together youth, families, educators, resource organizations, non-profit agencies and northeast Los Angeles stakeholders, to experience a day of fun, education and interaction.
The primary goal of the festival is to have some fun, educate and build a sense of community by meeting our neighbors and strengthening relationships among our diverse people.
Every year, attendance and participation has increased. This year will be no exception! We are planning to surpass the last festival’s 2,000 by providing live entertainment, exciting game booths, resource booths, and networking opportunities. Maybe even a dunk tank.
