The Most Popular Streets to Live On In Highland Park

Highland Park’s hot real estate market is certainly no secret. It has been a favorite of flippers and young families, alike, for the last five years -- even riding out the recession and coming out intact on the other end. While the neighborhood as a whole is hot, nowhere is hotter than on Meridian and Buchanan Streets.

A recent analysis by Santa Monica-based real estate service Agent Ace examines the street-by-street popularity of Highland Park real estate. The infographic released below shows which streets in the neighborhood have seen the most action since 2009. Nine Buchanan Street homes have sold in 2014, alone, with the 5700 block being the most popular among buyers.
