Crash Involves Police Car in Hollywood

At least one person was hurt in a traffic crash Friday in Hollywood involving a police car, authorities said.

The collision at Cahuenga Boulevard and Franklin Avenue was reported about 10:15 a.m., according to LAPD spokesman Richard French.

A man about 60 years old was trapped was trapped for a time in a vehicle following the crash, French said.

The man was "conscious and breathing," according to French.

It's unclear if any officers were hurt, he said.
