Fire Breaks Out At Hollywood Duplex

Firefighters extinguished a blaze that broke out at a Hollywood duplex Monday morning.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — Firefighters extinguished a blaze that broke out in a Hollywood duplex Monday morning.

Crews responded to the 5400 block of West Lemon Grove Avenue just before 8 a.m. where they found smoke coming out of the second floor of a two-story duplex, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Firefighters discovered fire in one room and knocked down the blaze in 18 minutes. There were no occupants inside the building, firefighters said.
