I’ve worked with hundreds of clients over the years and I can tell you with absolute certainty that single guys are a special kind of client.Bachelors want their homes to be comfortable yet impressive to guests, and when it comes to a redesign, they want an easy process with zero headache.

My approach is to make his place to look cool and classy while minimizing choices and streamlining purchases.

For some clients, I can shop for days and only focus on accent pillows, providing dozens of options of styles and texture to choose from. And as much fun as that can be – that’s not what bachelors want. Guys want strong aesthetical appeal with minimal decision-making. That’s why I bring in two or three great options; they can’t go wrong with whatever choice they make, and everyone benefits from a simpler process.

And a happy client makes for a happy Scott.
