'Jersey Shore' Star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro Won't Face Felony Charge
LA County prosecutors decline to file felony charges against 'Jersey Shore' star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro in the alleged attack on his girlfriend.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Los Angeles County prosecutors are referring to the City Attorney's Office a potential misdemeanor case against Ronnie Ortiz- Magro of "Jersey Shore," who was arrested earlier this month for an alleged attack on his girlfriend in the Hollywood Hills area, a spokesman for the District Attorney's Office said Wednesday.
Ortiz-Magro was booked on suspicion of kidnapping early Oct. 4 after officers went to a residence in the 7200 block of Woodrow Wilson Drive in response to a report of a battery, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
He was subsequently released on bond.
