Kanye West Won't Face Charges For Allegedly Striking Fan In LA
Prosecutors said they won't bring charges against the billionaire rapper and fashion mogul, citing improbability of obtaining a conviction.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Rapper Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, won't face battery charges stemming from an altercation with a fan outside the exclusive SoHo Warehouse in downtown Los Angeles, prosecutors announced Tuesday.
The billionaire fashion mogul likely wouldn't have been convicted at trial, authorities concluded.
"After a thorough and careful review of all the evidence, our office is declining to file based on no reasonable likelihood of conviction," the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office announced.
