Man Falls To His Death At Hollywood And Highland

Police are working to determine if the young man fell or jumped to his death in the heart of the city's tourist district.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — A man fell two stories to his death at the crowded at the Hollywood & Highland shopping and entertainment complex Wednesday afternoon.

Authorities are investigating to determine if the man in his early 20s fell or jumped to his death at the heart of Hollywood's tourist district.

Police and paramedics were called to the scene just after 4 p.m., according to the Los Angeles Police Department. They arrived to find the young man suffering major injuries. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead, according to LAPD Officer Tony Im, who said investigators found no evidence of foul play.
