2017 Oscar Nominees: 'La La Land' Ties For Record Number Of Nominations

HOLLYWOOD, CA — The 2017 Oscar nominations are in! “La La Land” reigns with a record 14 nominations, tying “Titanic” and “All About Eve," while Meryl Streep earned her 20th nomination, setting the record for most acting nods.

For the first time, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences live streamed the announcement of nominees instead of announcing them in front of a media frenzy. The Academy also gave us a sneak peek at the official trailer for the 89th annual Academy Awards to be held on Sunday, Feb. 26, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel on ABC.
