Porsche Stolen At Gunpoint In Hollywood's Franklin Village: Police

Three suspects approached a Porsche driver at gunpoint in the high-end neighborhood and fled with the car, the LAPD said.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — The driver of a Porsche was carjacked in Hollywood Monday afternoon after being approached by three suspects at gunpoint, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Officers responded to the 6000 block of Franklin Avenue in Franklin Village at around 2 p.m. Monday. The driver told police that they were approached by the suspects, who fled in the stolen Porsche and in a dark blue Tesla, KCAL reported.

The Porsche has California license plate 9CNR725, police said.

Detectives described one of the suspects as wearing a dark gray hoodie and armed with a dark-colored handgun.

The second suspect was last seen wearing a light gray hoodie, while there was no description of the third suspect.

All three suspects were last seen heading westbound on Franklin Avenue, police said.

The grand theft robbery remains under investigation. No further information was immediately available.
