Quentin Tarantino's Hollywood Hills Home Targeted By Intruder: Reports

HOLLYWOOD, CA — An investigation is underway after a trespasser was spotted at filmmaker Quentin Tarantino's Hollywood Hills home on Wednesday, according to reports.

Police responded shortly before 12:30 p.m. to the 7400 block of Woodrow Wilson Drive after receiving a report of a possible burglary in progress, KTLA reported.

The suspect, described as a 35-year-old man, left before officers arrived and had not been found as of Thursday morning, ABC 7 reported.

Tarantino was not home at the time, sources told the station.

TMZ reported that other people were inside the residence when the incident occurred and that police initially received the call as a possible burglary involving an occupied home.

After officers searched the property, investigators determined there was no evidence of a burglary and took a trespassing report instead, TMZ reported.

The LAPD told ABC 7 that nothing appeared to have been taken from the home.

The investigation remains ongoing.

About 12 hours later, police responded to another call in the nearby Hollywood Hills West neighborhood.

Three suspects broke into a home on the 8500 block of Hedges Way around midnight and beat a resident. They fled before police arrived, according to KTLA.

The trespassing incident at Tarantino's home comes after he confronted burglars at his home in 2018.

The director was at home during that incident, in which he confronted two men who had broken into his home. They fled, but managed to take a stash of his jewelry and other valuables with them.
