LOS ANGELES, CA -- Rapper 27-year-old Fredo Santana has died, the coroner reported.
Santana, whose real name is Derrick Coleman, died at his home about 11 p.m. Friday, according to the coroner's office.
The cause of death was deferred pending an autopsy, the coroner's office reported.

In October Santana reported that he was being treated for liver and kidney failure, according to media reports.
