Arraignment has been set for rapper Mac Miller accused of driving drunk and crashing in the Hollywood Hills.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — Rapper Mac Miller will face the judge next month on to two misdemeanor drunken driving counts stemming from a crash in the Hollywood Hills area.
Arraignment has been scheduled next month for the musician, whose real name is Malcolm McCormick. He is charged with one count each of driving under the influence and driving with a blood- alcohol content of 0.08 or above, according to the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office.
McCormick, 26, was behind the wheel of a vehicle that went over a curb and struck a power pole near Fryman and Brookdale roads about 12:50 a.m. May 17, according to Los Angeles police. At the time, police said McCormick allegedly drove his 2016 G-Wagon over a curb, knocked down a power pole, and ditched his car to flee on foot with his two passengers in tow. A witness called police, who showed up at the 26-year-old rapper's home.
