Residents are urged to stay out of the ocean until testing confirms the water is safe; updates are available online and by phone.
   

• A change at the top of San Diego Community Power but no reason given for CEO's departure (sandiegouniontribune.com) — Imperial Beach electricity customers served by San Diego Community Power will see a leadership change as CEO Karin Burns quietly departs after a leave, with no clear explanation offered.
