Apartment buildiing owners and home owners oppose the law sighting its too costly. Some say it will force them to sell their homes. The law requires that all homeowners and buildings where people dwell must install solar panels.
There are exemptions for HUD financed homes that are rented by low income families. The law was drafted after Washington lobbyists and members of Congress agree that alternative energy is a necessary standard that is invaluable to the common good.

The Speaker of the House points to the Obama heathcare bill as precident to the action, and believes it is constitutional.
"I feel confident that this bill will pass as constitutional", he says."We have the same standards in place as the healthcare bill that the Democrats passed. It's for the common good of the people and is necessary for the benefit of all Americans."
He adds, "The bill does not force people to buy from any one manufacturer, but it must be an American company. Presently there are a few that sell them and we expect more manufacturers to start producing them".
Finishing his quote, the Speaker of the House also notes that there is another bill in the works that should pass this winter: The Fitness Act.
This bill requires that all Americans purchase athletic equipment. The speaker states that the obesity problem in America has gone too far and that Americans must learn to control their food intake and to exercise. The speaker also states that there will be a penalty for those who do not comply. Is that a penalty ot tax? Mr. Speaker!
After the bill is passed we will find out. I think the good jobs will be the lobby jobs. Just predicting the future.
We need an Independent Party President.
