My neighbors and I prepaid for a year's service of weekly window cleaning. The last service was on July 20. Now Chris Hubbard, the owner of 20/20, has apparently disappeared – phone out of service and email address cancelled. If you have any idea where he is, could you let me know, please. And, if you were also burned, let me know. We want to file in small claims court and also make a fraud complaint with the sheriff.
