The COMMUNITY HAS SPOKEN. Early returns show a clear 2-1 margin opposed to the marijuana coops. NO surprise, but anytime our comunity is targeted by such a clear threat there's cause for concern.
These same margins are in the cities of Del Mar and Solana Beach as well.
