The Fantasy World of Imperial Beach Management

The time was 11 a.m. on a beautiful day in Imperial Beach.

With clear skies and warm weather, it was as if Wonderland had fallen on the city of Imperial Beach. What a perfect day to go to the beach.

Room would be available at the tables in front of and because the city made their decision to cut down the number of tables that The Art Kids of San Diego County could use.

Someone complained because the kids were using six tables and there was nowhere to sit. As one may see from the photo taken at 11 a.m. that the crowds were just terrible. The rush for the tables were just too much for the people to enjoy themselves.

The photo depicted the true status of use that the tables have received for the past 12 weeks. Their occupancy was in this status every Saturday from 9 a.m. until the art class was over at noon. One may see how busy the traffic was during this time, yet the city made their incredible invaluable decision that took them nine weeks to render to reduce the use of the tables by the Art Kids from six tables to four so the Art Kids would not hinder the use of those tables that were so needed by a mysterious complaint.  

Another victory for the City of Fantasy where complaints fall from the skies and mysteriously land on the desks of the city personnel. Look its a bird, its a plane, no its another false complaint falling from who knows where. So goes the true story in the Fantasy World of Imperial Beach where only the names have been made up to protect the city managers.
