Citizens Forum Meeting of the U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission

Residents are invited to this meeting where presentations on water quality monitoring in the Pacific Ocean by the South Bay Ocean Outfall will be addressed.

Other topis of the night will include the international watershed initiative for the U.S.-Mexico border and a current  study that will determine if Tijuana River flood control levees meet current FEMA standards.
